Mood-o-meter: Cranky

First, I'm sore all over. I worked out on Tuesday night, and last night I went to my first Yoga class in way too long. It felt so good, and I miss Yoga so much that I was angry at myself for not attending classes all of this time, but now I'm a big ball of sore muscles. You would think that Yoga didn't stretch you at all from the soreness I'm feeling.

Second, but most important, I found out that my brother-in-law, who was sent to Kuwait a week ago, is now in Iraq, fighting in the 3rd Infantry Division. I'm so afraid for Shaun and my sister. You see, Dori and Shaun just moved to Savannah, Georgia about a month ago, so Dori is once again an Army wife, confined to a state and city that she knows little about with the added stress of her husband's safety. She says that she hasn't heard from him since this past weekend when he borrowed a reporter's satellite phone. What can one do, besides try and distract oneself from worry and anxiety?  ¶ 11:18 AM (0) comments
